Geneva Tigers LLC, doing business as Geneva Tigers Media (“Geneva Tigers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information through genevatigers.com, our services, and the GTOS Social Publishing application.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, property information, service requests, booking details, and messages sent to us.

When our authorized Instagram professional account uses GTOS Social Publishing, we may process information made available through Meta’s Instagram API and webhooks. This may include Instagram account identifiers, usernames, profile information, conversation and sender identifiers, message content, message IDs, timestamps, delivery information, and related conversation metadata. We also securely process the access credentials and permissions needed to operate the integration.

Our website and service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, cookies, and website activity.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:

• Provide and improve our real estate media and related services.
• Process bookings, answer inquiries, and communicate with customers.
• Publish content authorized by Geneva Tigers to its Instagram professional account.
• Receive, manage, and respond to Instagram messages directed to Geneva Tigers.
• Prevent duplicate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Maintain operational records, troubleshoot problems, and protect system security.
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Instagram message content for unrelated advertising or sell it to third parties.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business and technology, including Meta, Microsoft Azure, GoDaddy, and other vendors used for hosting, security, communications, and business operations. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer. We do not authorize service providers to sell Instagram message data.

DATA RETENTION

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, respond to communications, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Access tokens and integration credentials are retained only while required for the authorized integration and may be replaced or revoked.

DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These measures include access controls, encrypted connections, protected credential storage, and authorization checks. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

YOUR CHOICES AND DATA DELETION

You may revoke Geneva Tigers’ Instagram integration through the applicable Instagram or Meta account settings.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, email authority@genevatigers.comwith the subject “Privacy or Data Deletion Request.” Include enough information to identify the relevant account or interaction, such as your name and Instagram username. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.

We will review and respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law. We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents may have rights to request information about personal information collected, request correction or deletion, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising their privacy rights. Geneva Tigers does not sell personal information.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and services may link to or interact with third-party services, including Instagram and Meta. Information processed by those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
